Lauren is an accredited Wellbeing Life Coach (MAC) and Breath Coach. With over 5 years of experience in Talent Development and Diversity and Inclusion, she has worked with FTSE 250 clients to design inclusive programmes that promote personal and professional growth.
Lauren’s journey into wellness and personal development began out of necessity—to manage her anxiety, find ways to cope with overwhelm, and build the confidence to achieve all that she knew she was capable of. She started small, creating rituals that felt supportive—journaling, breathwork, drinking matcha, listening to podcasts, reciting affirmations, and curating vision boards. These practices weren’t just about checking boxes; they were about showing up for herself in a way she never had before.
As Lauren invested more time and energy into her growth, she began to feel more confident, more liberated, and more connected to her true self. That freedom pushed her to step outside her comfort zone in both her personal and professional life and the results were nothing short of transformative. It was this shift that sparked her passion for helping others do the same.
Now, Lauren guides people through their journeys of personal transformation. Whether it's through self-care practices, mindset shifts, or actionable strategies, she helps others step out of their comfort zones and embrace lasting growth. Lauren founded neutral core to encourage others to show up for themselves—emotionally, mentally, physically and professionally. She believes that when we pour into ourselves at the core, we build a strong foundation of self-love that leads to true, lasting transformation.
Jen is a qualified Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor and Trauma-Informed Therapist, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Combining empathy with a non-judgmental approach, she tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs using a range of holistic modalities and creative interventions. Her personal experiences with trauma inspired her journey into counselling, and for over 14 years, she has facilitated transformative women’s retreats designed to revive the spirit, restore wholeness, and reconnect participants with their life’s purpose.
